Typing, PDF conversion (scan-to-text) and transcription.


What areas do you serve?

We provide services to individuals in the U.S. and Canada.


Can you transcribe from audio?

Yes. You can e-mail your electronic audio file to typistkim@gmail.com. We can transcribe from DSS, MP3, MP4, WAV, WMA and VOX.


Do you do medical transcription?

No.

How much do you charge?

It depends, of course, on what the job is. You can get a good idea of how much your job will cost by reviewing our Services and Fees schedule here.


How do I send you my job?

You can send your document(s) by fax to (847) 503-9133 or by e-mail to typistkim@gmail.com. You can also send by regular mail. (Please do not mail original manuscripts.)


How will Typing Etc! get the completed job to me?

In addition to any of the above methods, I can download your document to a DVD or flash drive.


Do you guarantee your work?

Yes! We guarantee you will receive an accurate, error-free document. Each document is spell checked and proofread twice. We guarantee on-time delivery. We also guarantee we will keep your information confidential. Of course, no job is complete until you are completely satisfied!


How long will it take?

All jobs are quoted on an individual basis and the turnaround time depends on the size and nature of the job.
